I have finally finished the rest of characters in The Girls character selection. ^^  It is now complete.  I will be adding their theme songs later as a link.  Today I have added the last girls which are Killer Khan, Dixie Clemets, Sgt. Clemets, Miss Spencer, Anesthesia, Dr. Cutter, Aisha, and Showbiz.

The FileFront servers were back up for uploads today, so I have added our first Mud Match video to the site.  It's Rowdy Reiko vs. Dr Cutter.   

I am still working on the remaining character bios for The Girls section.  I hope to have them posted by late tonight, or even earlier. :)

Had a bit of time on my hands tonight, so time to get working on the site!  Here are 4 more characters added to The Girls section!  Have added Evil Rose,  Black Belt Demon,  Bloody Shadow,  and Makoto to the character select.  Also, with the new Firefox compatibility, I am now saving the flashes at a slightly larger size in the character section.  For best viewing, the site now requires 1280x768 resolution or higher.   Enjoy!

The current character profile sections that are available are now compatible with Mozilla Firefox.  The flash windows will now display instead of getting the white boxes.  Also, I have uploaded two new intros for fans to download and enjoy.  Both Mistress Spencer and Dixie's intros are now here! ^^  

I have not had much time to work on the site at all lately.  But things are going to change soon. ^^  Yes, I'm still alive!  and so is Rumble Roses! :P

We have had a lot of bandwidth issues, so earlier we took down the movie links.  We now have them up on the FileFront servers for your download enjoyment! ^^  This will allow me to place larger movies up for Rumble Roses Fans to download at even faster speeds.

I have re-directed the links to FileFront for all of the movies below and in our forums.  FileFront is a free file server. You will see more movies being uploaded for your enjoyment soon.    Here is an example of larger movies coming soon at higher encoded bitrates! :)  This movie was made for a fan, and I have decided to post it up for everyone to check out.  It is over 280 megs, so if you do not have a good broadband connection, you may want to think twice before attempting to download this puppy.  The movie is 15 minutes long and has a lot of humiliation moves being done to Reiko and Noble Rose mostly.  It was mostly to demonstrate these moves, and does not show too much in the way of actual gameplay, but more of just good looking grapples and such.  Enjoy!

11:00pm 2/18/05   ::::Update::::

The Japanese version of Rumble Roses has hit the streets.  It looks like there are a few changes, but nothing too large has been found yet.  Here is a list of what has been found so far from LyteEdge on GameFaqs:

The game has both US and Japanese voice options.  No subtitles though.  This also makes some of the entrance songs lyrics Japanese.

Most of the menus are in English.  The VOW system seems to be in Japanese.

Gallery mode now contains five movies (only one is available from the beginning) and an art gallery. Some of the pics have been available on various web sites. You have to unlock all but one of the pics, and I notice that there is a space missing for one more pic; perhaps there really is a hidden character (not Lady X) as rumored.

As we find more differences, we will post them. Thanks LyteEdge! :)

Here are 2 more ring intros ^^.  We now have Reiko in her C3 swimsuit and Becky in her C1 cheerleader costume up in the forum.  Also, I realized this morning that I uploaded a somewhat broken version of the Character Select Screen.  I have added a MUSIC : ON/OFF button for the people that do not want to hear that looping soundtrack. ^^  We have also added Aigle and Candy Cane back to the selection.

I finally got a chance to work a bit more on the site tonight. ^^  Here are the bio pages for Rowdy Reiko and Becky.  I have not added the ring intro music to these pages yet, but will soon.  I am going to change the way the music loads per each bio page.  There will be a button to press to actually play the music.  Hope to add this feature, and a few other features soon.

I worked a bit more on the forums tonight, plus added a new full fight (2 minutes) of Killer Khan vs. Evil Rose encoded in DivX.  Head to the Forums and grab it if you are interested! ^^

2:45am 11/21/04   ::::Update::::

Tonight was a long night of touching up the forums.  Found out that the Avatar Gallery code is buggy in this forum.  I will be coming up with a solution soon for this.  I have the gallery started, but not accessible yet.  There are now animated little Noble Rose icons for new messages, and little Tina's for old messages.  Also added a DOA character lineup for the header.  I might work a bit more tomorrow on the forums, then I have to start on a few new movies :).  When you sign up in the forum, remember that the bar to register is in the top left side of the forum window.

Tonight was a productive night! ^^   I have added 2 movies to the Movie (Rumble Roses) Forum.  Head in there and check them out if you are interested!  Just need to be registered in the forum to gain access.  If you haven't registered, its easy.  Just move the mouse over that NAVIGATION bar in the upper left hand corner of the forum, then select Register from in there. :)

I just put up Bio Pages for both Aigle and Candy Cane.    Head on into The Girls selection screen to access these two new additions! ^^

I spent all of tonight compressing sections of the character select menu.  I have got the size down to 900k ^^.  It used to be roughly 1900k earlier, so this should be a great increase in load times.  I also tried using XviD for some movies tonight, but I was having some problems getting a few options to work.  I hope to have more stuff up some time this weekend.  The next character on my list is Candy Cane.  (Definitely one of my favorite wrestlers in the game!)

I have finished Judgment's Bio.  

She also has her ring music plus inner thoughts.  The Character Select Screen now has a proper loading bar ^^.  No more hoping that it hasn't locked up.  ^^  I will be puting up the full 4 minute game intro into the forums for download late tonight. I hope to have more up soon!

I have added Nobel Rose to the character selection.  She also has her ring intro music that plays on that page as well.  It does not loop yet, but will in the future.  Hope to have more up within the next few days! ^^  The quality of her movies are a bit off right now.  I will have to reprocess them to get rid of the interlacing problems.  But for now, they are up for anyone that wants to check them out. :)

I have done lots of work on the character selection front-end in Flash.  I am still not too happy with the current load times, but it will work for now. ^^  I have added a full selection interface, which somewhat mimics the game's character selection menu.  Even sounds are from the game.  I have also added Reiko as a selectable character.  Just be warned, there is music and sound FX, so don't turn you speakers up too loud. ;)

Things have been moving along.  I'm juggling DOAU and Rumble Roses right now.  Trying to finish the DOAU site and get this site off the ground between work has been hard.  But, we are finally getting somewhere. :)  I have added the front end of the character select screen (The Girls).  Currently, the only character available is Mistress Spencer.  So, no matter what character you select, it will default to her.  Please take a peak at the new format I have going.  It's fully animated and may take a few minutes to load if you do not have a fast broadband connection.  There are 5 streaming flash movies which will load.  Shows off all four costumes plus bio.  Please leave me some feedback via the Forum or through Email. I would love to hear everyone thoughts on the direction of this site.  I hope to have more up by this weekend.  I will have more intro movies up soon as well.

Ok, I have put up another movie into the Rumble Roses forum.  It's a good minute and a half of  Candy Cane vs. Anesthesia.  I have also resent a new version of Candy's Intro.  This version is the full intro, plus these movies will now stream as well, if you don't feel like right clicking on them to save instead. ^^

Rumble Roses from KONAMI for the PS2 shipped this week.  I have got a chance to play a bit of it, and have to say it is a pretty fun little wrestling game.  Definitely worth the $39.   I have dropped an intro movie for one of the sexy wrestlers (Candy Cane)  into the forum under the new Rumble Roses section.  Head on in and grab the video if you are interested about the quality of the games graphics.    The game uses the Yukes Engine, so it plays a lot like previous wrestling titles, but just a bit more arcadie.  I will have more videos up in the forum later this weekend.  They are large, so if you have a slow connection, just be warned.  They are captured at the  resolution of  640x480. 

To download videos from this section, you have to be registered in the Forum.  But, registration is free, so no worries. ^^  I think I may have to add a Rumble Roses section to the site soon.
