TENKOKU TENSHI NEWS

Soul Calibur IV has been announced to be shipping on July 29, 2008!  Namco Bandai has also announced that there will be a special Collector's Edition which will ship at the same date for both the Xbox 360 and the PS3.  This Collector's Edition will come in one of those tin boxes and will be backed with an art book, t-shirl, and poster.  But that is not all you get!  You also will be able to download content exclusively for the Collector's Edition version, which may consist of new costume parts for customization and such. 

On top of this announcement, they also confirmed that SoulCalibur (the original) will be hitting XBLA later this year as well.  Not much is known yet about the condition of which this version will be released, but hopefully it will be a port of the wonderful DreamCast version which we all know and love ^^.

8:23pm 4/13/06    ::::Update::::                 **Arcana Heart PS2 LIVE STREAM**

I will be playing some Arcana Heart PS2 (USA VERSION) Tonight a bit.  Click the window above to watch it live!  I will let it sit for a few moments in the attract mode, then we will start having some fun. ^^  I will try the record option so that anyone can click on it afterwards to watch it after it is no longer live.  It's not the best quality, but its better than nothing. :)  I will be playing from 8:30 - 9:00pm.  Just as a test for the future. ^^

We have been talking about this for a week or so in the forums, but just a reminder here on the front page that Arcana Heart is now available in stores from ATLUS for the US PS2.  I love this game, and I have loved it since it first came out in the game centers in Japan.  The title packs some fun and action-packed fighting with very nicely animated female combatants. It runs in 640x480, just like the Guilty Gear series, so it really looks nice.  I with that it would support progressive scan, but I guess you can not have everything, right? 

Anyways... Don't let this one pass you by if you are someone like me that loves fighting games in general.  It has a lot to keep you coming back for more. ^^   Keep an eye out for some LIVE playing of this game here on the front page soon!

Just when everyone thought there would be no more news or updates for Tenkoku Tenshi, we are back. ^^  There is now a shift in our direction though, but it will be a nice one, I promise :).  We now will not only post news about DOA and Rumble Roses, but we will also be posting any new cool videogame news that has something to do with hot and bad-ass heroines!

We also are working on setting up live feeds of games that we get for reviewing and such.  So, you if you have time, and see we have a JustIn window up with play times, feel free to sit back and relax while we play through some cool new game.  Maybe even sometimes we will be playing some classics too ^^.  Who knows ;)

This means that things will be changing a bit here graphically as well.  So keep an eye out for some changes coming around here.  I have not set up the forum and everything else to run in the main window here.  This way, news will always be easily accessible from the main menu here.  I am working on getting our Flash Chat working again as well.  Lots of things to fix!  But, we will get there.

This has to be one of the better April Fool's Days that I have had in a long while.  I worked with our host tonight and finally got the forums restored to the moment of the hack.  So, head on in there and lets start talking about some good old RRXX action! ^^   Now I can start working on some movies and stuff again.  It has been a long road to get the database fixed and working again. 

This also means that our old movies section is back online as well! ^^

Well, we got hacked today.  So, unfortunately, our forums will be offline for a day or so while we recover what we can.  I hope we can have them back up and running by this weekend.  There will be a time warp of about 3 days back when this does come back online. :(  I would have to say that it was perfect timing for the hack... Right on launch day.! :P

Today is the DAY!  Rumble Roses XX for the XBOX 360 will be available in stores around the world today.  Well, I guess the fans in Japan got theirs yesterday, but who's counting?  :)  You can count on some updates from this site soon.  Just give me a night or so to play a bit, then I will start dumping lots of movies into a new RRXX Movie section!

Happy Valentines Day!  Today, I have added some new Judgment CG fan art!  She took me a bit little longer than I thought to complete.  My work schedule has been pretty heavy lately, so I am happy to finally finish her.   More to come later.  Enjoy! ^^

Anesthesia's Story Mode Movie has just been added to the Forums for download.  This movie runs about 79 megs and is almost 11 minutes long.  This movie was also encoded in Windows Media 9.  Here are a few images from the movie.  Click on them to head over to the movie section of the forum.  Enjoy!

We have just added our first Story Mode Movie!  This time around it is Candy Cane's Story Mode in all of it's glory. ^^   It is just over 10 minutes long and around 88 megs in size.  We used the Window's Media 9 codec this time around.  Here are a few shots from the movie below!  Enjoy!

Tonight the Official Konami Rumble Roses XX site has been updated with character profiles for Candy Cane, Becky, Miss Spencer, and Mistress Spencer!  Head on over there to check them out ^^.  There is also some more shots from the mini-games and customization system.  And, last but not least, they have added a NEW MOVIE which shows off some intro bits and in game cinematics.  Looks like this game is getting hotter and hotter by the minute! 

The Fan Art section is finally LIVE! ^^  Currently, all the artwork in this section is from Tenkoku Tenshi, but I will be adding submitted works from everyone soon!  If you have any artwork that you have created for Rumble Roses and would like to have it posted, then please send me a PM or Email with a link.  We will then review it and may post it in the Fan Art section.  Here are a few works that can be found in the Fan Art pages below!  The Candy Cane fan art has just been added.

The official Rumble Roses XX HD Trailer is up on www.gametrailers.com!  And it looks sweet! :)  The trailer shows off lots of costumes included in the Rumble Roses Customization System and a great soundtrack!  Imagine having Candy Cane fight in a bunny suit!   Head over there and check it out.  There is also a low-res version for download as well.  Special thanks goes out to PeppermintCandyCane for the heads-up on the trailer!  Below are a few frame grabs from the trailer.

Rumble Roses XX has a release date set for March 30th!  We will see if this date sticks or not, but currently it is the official release date.  There is another new batch of screenshots floating around from Konami's Official Rumble Roses XX Site.  Head on over to the Japanese site if you are interested in downloading them.  The game is definitely looking up! :)

In other news, our IP problem has been resolved for webpage updates.  We should be able to update the site more frequently without having to upload each file separately.  I am working on the Fan Art section of the site and should have it up soon!

Check out these super cute SD toys from Rumble Roses.  These little beauties will be available on March 2nd, 2006 in Japan.  They will be selling for about 368 Yen per figure!  You bet that any Rumble Roses fan will have to get them all! :)  Here are a few pictures pulled from the Konami site!

The first wave will include Reiko, Bloody Shadow, Candy Cane, Evil Rose, and Makoto!  There will also be a RARE version of Reiko in her P2 costume.  Another variation will be Bloody Shadow without her mask.  Click on any of the girls above for a larger image!

The Rumble Roses XX site in Japan has been updated recently with a few new screen shots.  Head on over there by clicking on the pictures below to get a better look.  You will find these screens along with a few others which show off some of the new rings there.

Finally, I have uploaded the highly requested Anesthesia (in swimsuit) intro along with Killer Khan's intro (in swimsuit).   Head on over to the movies section in the forum to grab these one minute intro's. ^^

Hobby Fan should be carrying this Rowdy Reiko 1/7 scale resin kit soon.  They do not seem to be taking pre-orders yet, but keep you eye on them.  I'm sure they will be doing so soon.  Here is a picture of beautiful Rowdy Reiko in all of her glory :).  For those who have not been to this site, head on over there and take a peek at www.hobbyfan.com .

Here is a peek at a new Rumble Roses Gashapon set which will be release this fall / early winter.  This is a really early shot of the unpainted prototype set, but I'm sure to have more pictures up once Konami shows them off at the toy show in full color!

Yes!!! Rumble Roses XX has been announced for the XBOX 360!!  It looks like we will have real tag-team matches in this version, plus lots of extras ^^.  You can go directly to KONAMI JAPAN's Rumble Roses XX site by clicking HERE!  Also, you can check out some video at IGN HERE!

Finally finished the video!! ^^  Ok, this took me longer that I thought it would, but it's finally done and up for download.  I have uploaded different formats for the choosing.  This includes WMV versions in both Normal and High Quality.  Also have a special PSP version which comes in a little ZIP file for install to your PSP memory stick.  Here are a few screenshots from the final 16:9 video!  It runs around 3:33 minutes long.

I have just picked up the Rumble Roses 2 disc Official Soundtrack set.  It comes with a CD for the music and a DVD with some special music videos.  Here is Rowdy Reiko performing the hit song "Junction Rainy Blue".  I definitely recommend this Official Soundtrack to any Rumble Roses Fan.  Just make sure you have a Region-less DVD player . ^^

After seeing this video, I have started on a special Roses Project which I hope to have up on this site in the near future :).

Also, for any Anime fans out there, AnimeExpo 2005 starts tomorrow morning here in Anaheim, California. I tried to pick up my Pre-Reg badge tonight, but there were over 3,000 people in line (just to pickup their pre-payed badges) which caused the fire department to cut the line short.  Needless to say, I did not get my badge, and noticed many other angry fans waiting outside.  Looks like I will be spending my whole Saturday morning standing in line with another 10,000 people this year.  Just goes to show that Pre-paying is not always the way to go.  LOL!
